I am currently a student in the Ph.D program of the Institute for Medical Humanities at UTMB-Galveston.
I am pursuing a doctorate in medical humanities, and am training to be a clinical medical ethicist.
I am also an attorney, and clerked and then obtained several years of civil litigation experience. I am currently a Research Professor with the Health Law & Policy Institute at the University of Houston Law Center.
